National Oilwell Varco Poland has extended its lease agreement on 630 sqm of office space in the first phase of the Alchemia complex in Gdańsk. Knight Frank represented the engineering services specialist in the lease process. Alchemia offers 22,000 sqm in seven office buildings on Grunwaldzka street in Gdańsk’s Oliwa district. The property includes modern recreation and sports facilities, including swimming pools, fitness rooms, sports halls, saunas as well as climbing walls. The project was developed by Torus.
