Natland bought the Stromovka development project in Kladno

The investment group Natland has bought the Stromovka development project in Kladno from EBM Group. It is the group’s first project outside Prague and probably the second largest so far. The companies did not comment on the price of the transaction or the construction start date. Over 600 flats and commercial premises are to be built on over 5.2 hectares of land near the Kladno railway station.

“It is not only the residents of Kladno who are changing their priorities, the demand and interest in quality housing or a higher standard is growing as the generations of residents are gradually changing. At the same time, the city is an alternative for Prague residents, for whom we can offer a more affordable real estate option, in addition to being within easy reach of all services and nature,” said Natland partner Karel Týc. According to the server, Natland was attracted by the proximity to the transport hub and its location near Prague. According to the original proposal, the complex will include a small square, restaurants, shops, cafes and a kindergarten..

The EBM company told the server earlier that construction, which will cost around CZK 3 billion, was due to start next year. Stromovka will require infrastructure and utilities to be brought in before construction can begin, according to EBM chief Jan Šulc. “At the same time, the project will be implemented in phases and this combination means that the invested funds will be returned gradually after the implementation of each phase. This requires a financially strong partner,” said Šulc.
