In a SEK 140m deal, NCC sold a residential project in central Dortmund to a German pension fund. The project offers 72 two-and three-room apartments. Completion is set for the end of 2016.
“We are very pleased with this sale. Germany is a key market for our housing operations, and this transaction is in line with our ambition to sell more housing projects,” says Joachim Hallengren, business area manager for NCC Housing.
