NCC is selling a planned housing project in Lüneburg, near Hamburg, to a German investor for around €21m. The project will include three apartment blocks with 86 rental units as well as 60 underground parking spaces. Completion is set for the third quarter of 2017. “We are very pleased about this sale. Germany is a key market for our housing operations and this transaction is in line with our ambition to sell more housing projects,” says Joachim Hallengren, business area manager for NCC Housing.
