31 January 2019

The US based company NCR plans to start the construction of a new campus in Serbia in spring. The company will invest $90m into a 30,000 sqm site located in Belgrade to create a regional center for education and training. Construction, which is scheduled to begin in April in Block 42 in New Belgrade, should be completed by 2021. NCR employs 3,100 people in Serbia, a number it plans to increase to 3,600 by the end of the year. It signed a public-private partnership agreement with Serbia in March 2017 to create the new campus, which will employ around 1,500 people. NCR produces ATM machines, self-service kiosks, point of sales terminals, check processing systems, barcode scanners and business consoles.
