NDI was tapped by PKO BP to oversee the refurbishment of the Rotunda building on Marszałkowska street in the center of Warsaw. The bank has already handed the area over to the general contractor. The design of the revitalized Rotunda was prepared by Gowin & Siuta. The building will offer service, banking, social and recreational space. The public area will include an urban lounge, which will occupy the entire first floor of the building. Completion is scheduled for 2019.
