Apollo Business Center 1, haunted by defective statics, will lose some of its tenants, who must vacate the Bratislava office complex by the end of this week. The 30,000 sqm building, developed by HB Reavis and sold to Hannover Leasing in 2006 was found to be defective and in danger of collapse. The National Motorway Authority (NDS), one of the building’s tenants, has temporarily relocated to Westend Point. The state-owned company announced that in January it will move to Westend Gate, a new office building developed by J&T Real Estate, which also owns Westend Point. CBRE represented NDS in the deal. The 35,000 sqm Westend Gate was completed a year ago. IBM took half of the space in the building.
