Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities sold 103 new homes in February. The sales mark a 21 percent increase for the company, which sold 85 new homes in the month of January. Neal closed on 989 single family homes in Florida last year and was named Professional Builder’s 2015 “Builder of the Year”. “We definitely experienced a slower January in terms of homes sales and a noticeable uptick in February, but traffic remained steady throughout the first two months of the year,” said Michael Story, president of Neal Communities.
