Homebuilder Neal Communities, based in Sarasota, has set a company record for homes sale having disposed of 1,107 residences in 2015. The company opened 13 new communities in 2015 and has no plans to slow down with an additional eight communities already slated for completion in 2016. Founded in 1974, the builder has built more than 10,000 homes. “With over 200 employees, we have the most experienced and engaged team at Neal Communities that we’ve had in 45 years,” stated Pat Neal, the company’s founder and CEO.
