Nearly 330,000 sqm in office deals were signed in Poland in Q1 2018 with major regional markets accounting for 127,000 sqm, according to JLL. In an encouraging show of confidence, companies from the banking and finance sector have once again displayed trust in the regional markets and were responsible for the three largest deals signed in Q1 outside of Warsaw. The most notable leases signed in the three-month period included Cambridge Innovation Center taking 13,500 sqm at Varso II in Warsaw, Ad Pilot agreeing to 10,300 sqm at Wolf Marszałkowska in Warsaw, Santander Consumer Bank leasing 10,000 sqm at Business Garden in Wrocław and State Street signing on to 9,000 sqm at .big in Kraków. A company from the public sector, whose name was not disclosed, signed the biggest deal in Q1, taking 14,800 sqm at Piękna 2.0 in Warsaw.
