According to data compiled by Budapest Research Forum exactly 59,785 square meters of new office space was delivered in Hungary’s capital in Q3 of 2020. The largest projects that have been completed are the Agora Hub by HB Reavis (34,500 square meters) and the Nordic Light Trio by Skanska (13,285 square meters), both being located in the Vaci Corridor. At the same time the report suggests that the office vacancy rate has increased to 8,1%. Currently there is approximately 3,856m square meters of office space in Budapest to rent, out of which 3,242m consist of “A” and “B” category office spaces.
