The Negoiță family have started the construction of a major residential complex, with over 1,300 apartments, behind the Metro and Auchan Pallady stores in Bucharest, the development is called Hills Brauner.
The project includes 8 blocks of flats, of 11 floors each, which will include a total of 1,336 apartments, to which is added a multi-storey car park with 1,363 spaces.
Hills Brauner will be developed on a land with an area of 28,600 sqm purchased at the end of 2019 from the Concrete Company.
