Neinver and Colony Logistics have acquired a portfolio of logistics properties through a joint venture established in 2015. The seller is Zaphir Logistics Properties. The cost of the deal amounting is reported to have been €87m. The portfolio includes 151,500 sqm of space in 23 logistics and cross-docking facilities in various parts of Spain but concentrated in Barcelona and Madrid. The investment was financed by Credit Agricole and Banco Santander.
