NEINVER centers with 21% sales growth, reaches record €329 million in first quarter

– Sales at outlet stores rose 23.5%
– Number of customers rose 16% to 15.9 million in the first quarter of this year

NEINVER closed the first quarter of 2023 with sales reaching €329 million at 21 centers operated by the company in Europe, an increase of by 21% year-on-year. The results, achieved in March, were exceptionally strong, with sales growth of 24% compared to 2022.

Sales at outlet centers rose 23.5% year-on-year. This is a record performance for the company and a trend it expects to continue in the second quarter as well.

NEINVER-managed centers across Europe were visited by 15.9 million customers during the first quarter of 2023, achieving 16% year-on-year growth.

Leading brands expand their presence in NEINVER’s portfolio:
During the first quarter, NEINVER continued to enrich its tenant portfolio in all its centers. The company signed agreements with brands such as Levi’s in Amsterdam, Rituals in France, Hugo Boss in Poland, as well as Dockers, L’Oreal and Tommy Hilfiger in Italy. In Germany, new contracts have been signed with Tommy Hilfiger, Camp David and Only. Meanwhile, brands such as Puma and Jack & Jones in Spain and adidas in Poland have increased their store space.
