Laura Toncescu joined the Nemoianu Attorneys at Law firm. Toncescu will provide legal assistance to customers in areas such as banking, finance and insurance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and other areas of interest.
Also, she will play an active role in management. Toncescu Laura has over 14 years experience, of which half were concentrated on financial services. In the past 12 years she worked at the D & B David and Baias, a law firm associated PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led a team of financial services.
