The Nemomax Real Estate Fund has begun construction of 58 above-standard flats in Vrchlabí in the Krkonoše Mountains, which is often referred to as the gateway to the Giant Mountains. Due to their unique location in the heart of the mountains, the apartments are ideal as a second home for their new owners. In the foothills of the highest Czech mountains, a unique project is being created, the aim of which is to sensitively connect the surrounding nature with modern living and also high practicality. The surroundings of four VIVA Vrchlabí apartment buildings will offer their owners a very wide range of activities, not only sports. The resulting sale value of real estate will exceed CZK 420 million.
“An absolutely unique location is one of the main advantages of the whole project. We are building VIVA Vrchlabí on an elevated site compared to the surrounding buildings, so there is peace and a beautiful, unobstructed view of the landscape. At the same time, however, the apartments are close to the Vejsplachy sports complex in Vrchlabí. In winter, the owners will have a short walk to the groomed cross-country trails. In the summer again to the aquapark, which the city is just beginning to build. There are tennis courts, a football stadium, a natural swimming pool, restaurants and cafes. In the immediate vicinity of the house, the new owners will find activities literally all year round, ”said the Krkonoše businessman, former athlete and architect Martin Vokatý, who is behind the architectural design of the project.
VIVA is already basically betting on premium materials and at the same time the entire building is ready for the use of all technologies available today in the smart home category, where part of these technologies is already included in the price of the apartment.
Construction is now in the phase of liquidation of the original building, the former Mileta factory. The contractor of the construction is the company Metrostav. Construction as such will begin in June this year, then in March 2023 the apartments will be completed and approved.
Sports facilities around the housing units are ready all year round. The town of Vrchlabí has started the construction of an aqua park, cross-country trails are literally a few meters from the house and there are countless slopes in the area. Athletes will really find enjoyment here in all seasons, which was also one of the intentions of the whole project. Nemomax sees the perspective of flats especially for young and active families. “Given the whole concept, the setting of finances and the location, I imagine younger and more demanding families here, for whom there is added value in the surrounding nature, which is priceless for small children today. In the same way, anyone who likes to live an active lifestyle can find a home here, ”explains Jan Jedlička, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nemomax.
“VIVA Vrchlabí is so far our most important project, which will continue to determine the level of high standard for other projects. VIVA Vrchlabí should not be a recreational facility once every six months, but a real second home in the mountains, or an excellent investment opportunity. We are simply building projects in which we would like to live on our own, “adds Jedlička.
