Neopark, developed by Yareal Polska, is currently fully leased, with companies like Play, Inpost, New Work, Olympus and Mitsubishi opening offices at the 24,000 sqm complex. JLL was responsible for the commercialization of the project. The largest tenant is the mobile phone operator Play, which will move into its 11,000 sqm office later this year. Neopark is a two-building office complex located at Cybernetyki and Wynalazek streets in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The property includes a ground floor restaurant and terrace.
