Nep Partners is planning to expand Senec Gardens, located near the town of Senec in the Bratislava region. A new apartment building featuring 10 units ranging from 37 to 70 sqm as well as six retail units on the ground floor, is scheduled for completion in November 2015. Two additional three-story buildings with a total of 22 flats will follow in December 2015. Flat prices will range from €1,200 to 1,500/sqm. Senec Gardens stretches across 13.5 ha and features an artificial lake, flats, a few family houses and villas and construction plots with infrastructure.
