13 March 2015

Martin Slabbert sold 2.38 million NEPI shares on the Johannesburg Stock Market for €25m. Slabbert bought the shares eight years ago and helped increase the net worth of the company’s local portfolio to €1.4bn.
“The sale of shares in the market was made to finance a €25m industrial/logistics investment in Central Europe, with the aim of establishing a new investment and property development company,” NEPI said in a statement.
