NEPI has leased 10,000 sqm of office space of City Business Centre in Timisoara. Building E of City Business Centre was opened in the second half of last year, which increased the rentable area of the office project to 47,141 sqm.
The five buildings that make up the complex currently enjoy 95 occupancy. Last year NEPI signed new contracts with Bosch, Hella, Ernst & Young and Banca Transilvania. City Business Centre was completed last year, representing an investment of €50m.
