NEPI will begin work on Aviatorilor 8 in the third quarter of this year. Aviatorilor 8 is located in Victoriei Square, close to the Government, at the intersection with Boulevard Kiseleff with Sofia Street.
The project was formerly Victoria Office, however NEPI recently renamed it. The office 8,400 sqm building will have 204 parking places on 3 underground levels. The investment amounts to around €37m.
