NEPI reported €149m in rental income for the first nine months of 2016, according to financial results published by the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company posted a net profit of €105m.
NEPI completed several projects around Europe in Q3, including the expansion of City Park Mall Constanta. The company is currently working on a number of other projects on the Romanian market, including the construction of Ramnicu Valcea Mall and Shopping City Piatra Neamt as well as the expansion of Shopping City Galati. NEPI is poised to break ground on Shopping City Sibiu soon.
