NEPI Rockcastle has sold its warehouse in Otopeni to a company controlled by representatives of the local market chain of stores of the Turkish chain Süvari.
“The NEPI Rockcastle Group, the largest investor, developer and owner of shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe, confirms the sale of the company Otopeni Warehouse and Logistics SRL to River Property SRL, in January 2024. Otopeni Warehouse and Logistics SRL owns a building with a net leasable area of 4,801 sqm, of which 3,227 sqm logistics warehouse and 1,574 sqm offices, and the related land with an area of 14,807 sqm, located in Otopeni, Ilfov. The sale value of the property was EUR 5,750,000. NEPI Rockcastle’s strategy is to develop and manage shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe, and the said property was not part of the group’s strategic development portfolio,” NEPI Rockcastle representatives said.
The Otopeni warehouse has been in NEPI’s portfolio since 2010, with the logistics operator Delamode and UPS Romania as tenants.
