NEPI Rockcastle is planning to break ground this year on an office building that will be integrated into the Promenada Mall in Bucharest’s Barbu Vacarescu area. The office building will offer 30,000 sqm of leasable space. Project costs are expected to hit at least €50m. The expansion will also add 34,000 sqm of retail space to the mall’s existing 40,400 sqm. Completion is scheduled for the of next year or in 2020.
