NEPI has secured a building permit for its Piata Victoriei office project in Bucharest. The three-story office building, which will offer 6,500 sqm of space, is located next to a plot of land on which the Victoria Palace stands. NEPI will renovate this historic building along with building a new courtyard between it and the new office building. Construction will start in a few weeks, with the office component scheduled for completion by the middle of 2015. The project is expected to cost €37m, according to Martin Slabbert, NEPI’s CEO.
