NEPI to acquire Bucharest’s Lakeview building

The South African investment fund NEPI is one step closer to closing the deal on the Lakeview office building in northern Bucharest. NEPI and the sellers, Dinu Patriciu Global Services and AIG Lincoln, have already agreed to the terms of the sale and an official announcement could be made ​​within a few days, according to zf.ro.

The value of the 24,000 sqm building is estimated at around €70m. The tenant list includes PricewaterhouseCoopers, Colgate Palmolive, Huawei and Royal Bank of Scotland.

The building was completed in early 2010. MKB Budapest Bank provided the funding for the project, which cost between €45m and €50m to deliver.
