Neska Schiffahrts-und Speditionskontor GmbH has leased space in the second phase of the logistics park developed by Panattoni at the Port of Düsseldorf. The developer of customer-oriented solutions for general cargo and bulk goods transhipment has moved into a 10,500 sqm logistics hall with 600 sqm of office space and a 600 sqm mezzanine. Panattoni Europe finished the 32,000 sqm second phase in compliance with DGNB Gold Standard in spring 2017.
