Ness Software Engineering Services leased 2,800 sqm at United Business Center 2, the first office building to go up in the Openville Timisoara urban scheme. The new space will host the second technology innovation center on the Romanian market.

Openville will cover 594,000 sqm, including office and retail space as well as a park and other leisure areas. Costs are estimated at €220m.
