Nestlé seeks new Prague HQ

18 October 2012

Nestlé is looking for new headquarters within the Prague office market. Its current lease on 15,000 sqm of office in Prague’s Modřany district will terminate in three years, making Nestlé an attractive potential client for any number of office developers seeking pre-leases for their projects.
The news server E15 quotes Finep’s CEO Tomáš Pardubický as saying it plans to take part in the Nestlé tender, having succeed in the past by enticing Komerční banka and Vodafone to his company’s growing scheme West City in Prague Stodůlky. Nestlé’s current headquarters was built by Sekyra Group and sold to CPI in 2010.
