Israeli real estate firm Netz USA has purchased the Merrill Lynch Plaza office building in Fort Lauderdale for $13.1 million or $168 per square foot. The property consists of two buildings located at 2601 to 2611 East Oakland Park Boulevard. The first building has three stories with 18,000 square feet and is 100-percent leased to Merrill Lynch. The second building is six stories with 59,878 square feet and is 85 percent leased. The buildings were built in 1974 and last traded for $7.6 million in late 2012.
