The investor Imperio is moving forward on a 5-star hotel complex in Meljine, Montenegro. The construction of Lazure hotel and marina have already started and completion is expected by June 2018. The company is currently reconstructing the building from 18th century. The modernized complex will offer a spa center, a swimming pool, a marina with 200 berths, and 25 luxury rooms. By next autumn, construction of a new portion of the project should start that will offer 110 rooms, with completion planned for the end of 2019. The value of the whole project is around €70m, of which the company claims to have invested €25m so far.
