Imel is developing a new business zone in Belgrade’s Bezanijska Kosa area. Green Escape will include business apartments, conference halls, a spa center and swimming pool, sports facilities, a kindergarten and shops. The 65,000 sqm complex will also have a hotel and underground parking on two levels. The project will go up in phases. CBS International, part of Cushman & Wakefield, is in charge of leasing.
