ATAL has started selling flats in a new project in Gdynia called ATAL Symbioza. Previously, a commercial complex operated at the site, which has already been demolished for the most part by the developer after it ceased operations. The first phase of the project comprises four buildings, and 194 units have been offered to start with. Their prices range from PLN 10,700 to 14,200 per square metre in development condition.
“This is a project of particular importance to us, as it is an example of an infrequent transformation of a place from a commercial to a residential function. It confirms our high investment activity in the Tricity, which we are diversifying beyond the Gdańsk area. This is why we launched a new sales office in Gdynia at the beginning of the year. It will provide sales services for the new investment, as well as for other projects we are carrying out, such as Niebieski Bursztyn in nearby Reda,” comments Angelika Kliś, a member of ATAL’s Management Board.
The new housing estate will be built in a well-developed part of Gdynia – Cisowa, in the direct vicinity of Chylonia and Pustki Cisowskie districts.
