Olivia Point and Olivia Tower officially opened this month in the city of Gdańsk, adding a total of 23,800 sqm of new office and retail space to the local market. Olivia Point is a seven-story office building with 9,600 sqm of leasable space and parking for 135 cars. The two-story Olivia Tower, meanwhile, offers 14,200 sqm of leasable space. Both building have retail units on the ground floor.
The investor, Maciej Grabski, said work will now begin on the fourth phase of the Olivia Business Centre complex. The project is currently underway on a 3.5 ha plot on Grunwaldzka street.
