Milan Dubec, general director of Ringier Axel Springer Slovakia, is continuing to develop a new business district in Žilina. His company, Továreň na čokoládu (Chocolate Factory), is preparing its second office project in the city, following its refurbishment of the existing seat of Telekom and Slovak Post into a modern 17,000 sqm office building, writes Trend.sk. The new nine-story office complex is to go up in the Vlčinec neighborhood, between the OBI and Kaufland stores and Obchodná street. The building will offer retail on the ground floor, along with an underground parking garage. The developer hopes it will be able to break ground in May 2018, with completion scheduled in late 2019. Costs are estimated to run to €9.7m.
