Choice Hotels International, Donohoe Development Company and Koucar Management have started work on the 154-room Cambria Hotel Washington D.C. Capitol Riverfront. Totaling nine stories, the scheme will represent the fifth Cambria hotel in the Washington, DC, metro area. The property will be within walking distance to Nationals Park and the new Audi Field soccer stadium and just 3 miles to the US Capitol, the National Mall and the Smithsonian museums. The project is expected to be completed in early 2021.
