New CEO appointed by Rafako board
Agnieszka Wasilewska-Semail has been appointed CEO of the Polish builder Rafako. She replaces Paweł Mortas who was fired by the supervisory board on Monday. Prior to her appointment, Wasilewska-Semail had been working for Poland’s top lender PKO BP, a key Rafako financial partner. The company said it will continue focusing on Poland’s energy sector. It also plans to develop new financial structures for the company to maintain growth. “The reorganization of the company’s finances will help us use its full potential to secure contracts,” said Wasilewska-Semail, adding that Rafako plans to strengthen its relationship with its shareholders.
