The JRD Land division, a member of the rapidly expanding JRD Group, introduced new CEO Alexandra Tomášková on February 1. Under its leadership, the company with a market value of CZK 2.2 billion in acquisition agreements will focus on the rapid development of a portfolio of building plots and larger territorial units for future sustainable construction. The development companies JRD Development, which is another member of the JRD Group, should be handed over building plots worth up to CZK 15 billion by 2025. Alexandra Tomášková, who previously worked in senior management positions at Red Group, Skanska Property Czech Republic and JLL, will replace Martin Svoboda. He will continue to hold the position of CEO of the JRD Development division and at the same time will be able, as a member of the JRD Group management, to focus more intensively on the development and growth of the entire group.
The main goals of the JRD Land division include the acquisition of building plots and their subsequent appreciation. In her new position, Alexandra Tomášková will benefit from the rich experience she has gained while working in the management of major development or real estate consulting companies. In Skanska’s commercial division, she was responsible for managing the marketing and leasing of projects known for their emphasis on sustainability, quality architecture, design and a pleasant working environment: such as City Green Court, Corso Court, Five, Visionary or Parkview. In addition, since 2018, she has led the entire Czech and later Hungarian divisions here. In the real estate consulting company JLL, she was in charge of the office sector: she mainly dealt with leasing, work environment strategy, project management and ESG consulting. Her job also included cooperation with the Capital Markets Department in the area of office market services and with other teams in the JLL structure.

Alexandra Tomášková is a graduate of the Silesian University in Opava, where she studied English philology. He speaks English, French and German. Her interests include recreational sports (running, skiing, yoga) and travel.
