Colliers International South Florida has hired Mitash Kripalani. In his new role as vice president, Kripalani will be responsible for capital markets, focusing on multifamily, land deals and investment sales. Kripalani has more than ten years of commercial real estate experience, having represented approximately $750 million in commercial real estate sales. Kripalani earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, serving as the Education Chairman for the Miami Dade District and earned an AA in Business from Miami-Dade College.

“The growth of the multifamily expertise represents Colliers’ commitment to bolster key speciality areas in response to market demands,” said Ken Krasnow, executive managing director for Colliers International South Florida, in prepared remarks. “As the population continues to surge in South Florida and housing affordability poses a real issue, the multifamily sector will become increasingly relevant in supporting our region’s growth.”
