New Dom Development investment in Wrocław

Dom Development has launched the sale of a new project in Wrocław – Osobowicka 114. The investment is distinguished by its intimate character, proximity to the Oder river and numerous green areas. 88 apartments were put up for sale. Construction works will begin in the second quarter of this year, and their completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023.

“Osobowicka 114 will be distinguished by its intimate character and a reference to the history of the place where it is being built, i.e. the former Folwark. Future residents will have numerous green areas and quick access to the city center at their disposal. In addition to an attractive location, customers in the era of high inflation need a sense of stability and security. To ensure this, we offer a notarized guarantee of a fixed price,” says Agnieszka Zamojska, sales director at Dom Development Wrocław.

The investment consists of two buildings with 88 apartments with the most sought-after areas – from 30 to 88 sqm. The offer includes both studios and four-room apartments, but the largest group are apartments with areas ranging from 35 to 54 sqm.

“Two different forms of buildings will create a uniform, extraordinary space combining tradition with modernity. In the project, we wanted to reflect the unique character of this place, adding to it also contemporary elements,” emphasizes Agnieszka Zamojska.

The residents will have at their disposal an internal courtyard with trees, flower gardens and a playground. 95 parking spaces are planned in the estate – in the underground garage and outside.

Osobowice is distinguished by the accessibility of green areas, the vicinity of the Oder and characteristic, low-rise buildings. At the same time, it is a perfect place for people who appreciate all the comforts of the city. The advantage of this location is access to extensive municipal infrastructure. There is a bus stop right next to the investment, and a tram terminus is only 600 meters away. Shops and educational institutions guarantee convenience for families with children – the nearest School and Kindergarten Complex is located on the other side of the street.

In the vicinity of the investment, there are popular green areas – Las Osobowicki, embankments on the Oder and walking and cycling paths. The natural surroundings and access to recreational areas will ensure peace and quiet for future residents, and the proximity of the Wrocław City Center Ring Road will enable quick access to the city center.

The design of the Osobowicka 114 investment is the responsibility of the Wrocław design office ARCHE, while the main contractor is Dom Construction. The planned acceptance of the apartments is to start at the end of the fourth quarter of 2023.
