Capital Holding and the PIN agency are investing €15m into the construction of a new hotel on Bjelasnica Mountain, located to the southwest of Sarajevo. Work is scheduled to break ground this spring. Hotel Cone will feature 80 rooms, three studios, 77 apartments as well as 25 indoor and 20 outdoor parking spaces. The project was designed by Argentaria. The opening is set for the spring of 2021.
