The Dutch based company New Europe property finance II B.V. will start construction work on a 4-star resort along the Montenegrin coast. The complex will be located near Sveti Stefan, Galija and Crvena glavica, covering around 56,000 sqm along the coast. Roughly 40,000 sqm of real estate will be created including a 200-bed hotel, 35 villas, apartments, an aquarium, marina, sport facilities, an aqua-park, restaurant and conference halls. The investor is the Dutch company New Europe property finance II B.V. based in Rotterdam.
