A five-star hotel and aqua park is underway in Tivat, along the Montenegrin coast. The investors are Marko Kostic and Nada Petkovic. The project, designed by Urbanis, is going up on a 3.2 ha plot within the Djurasevici municipality. It will be located near the airport in Tivat. The ground floor will feature a restaurant, a big hall, and eight guestrooms, while the first floor will feature six rooms and two apartments.
