CPI Property Group (CPIPG), a commercial real estate owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the region of Central and Eastern Europe, appointed Rafał Pisklewicz the Head of Leasing Office in the Polish structures of the group.
For the last 7 years, Rafał Pisklewicz has held managerial positions and was responsible for office property management at IMMOFINANZ. As Team Leader Office Poland and Group Leasing (CEE), he was responsible for the team of asset and leasing managers and the IMMOFINANZ office portfolio in Poland. He also collaborated with teams in Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Romania, Slovakia and Hungary, introducing lease strategies on individual markets. Earlier, for 4 years, he developed his career in a teleinformation company – Intelligent Technologies S.A., where he was, among others, Sales and Business Development Director position. He was also a co-owner and Sales Manager of the Polish P&S Promotion Agency. He is a graduate of the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Warsaw.
At CPI Property Group, Pisklewicz manages the leasing team and is responsible for leasing 24 office buildings in Warsaw (including Warsaw Spire and Warsaw Financial Center) with a total area of half a million sqm and a value exceeding EUR 1.7 billion.
