Tomasz Arent has taken over the position of Head of Industrial & Logistics at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. In recent years, in high managerial positions, he was responsible for development and business projects carried out by leading players on the logistics real estate market, first at the Goodman Group, and later at GLP Poland. Working on the part of the investor, developer, asset manager and fund, Tomasz has extensive and diverse experience in projects conducted for clients who have used the entire spectrum of services and solutions available in the logistics real estate market. The new director has also worked in the real estate structures of the IKEA Group.

Taking advantage of the boom and the excellent prospects for the logistics and industrial space market, Tomasz Arent will be responsible for the implementation of an ambitious business development strategy in Poland, as well as for building and strengthening relationships with key clients. One of the areas of activity of the new director, which will certainly benefit from the extensive experience gained while working on the part of the fund and development company, will be strategic advice to companies, tenants and investors interested in entering and developing in Poland.
