A new €14.5m Henkel factory has been built in Tatabánya. The greenfield investment was completed in less than a year, resulting in a 15,000 sqm adhesive factory that was inaugurated in the Industrial Park of Tatabánya-Környe. It’s now producing water-based adhesives. Besides the factory, a warehouse, modern offices, service rooms and a restaurant can be found in the facility. The project is also taken as proof of continued investor trust in Hungary, not least because Henkel has invested HUF 28 bn to Hungary in the past ten years.
