Four new apartment building will be added to the Jurský obytný residential park in Svätý Jur near Bratislava. Martin Šimurda of Bencont Development told the server etrend.sk that the addition is currently in the planning phase. Each new building will include 12 four-room flats on 90 sqm. Šimurda hopes the company will be able to start construction this fall and complete the flats in one year. The buildings will be located in the middle of an 8 ha zone between family homes and apartment buildings. Currently there are more than 300 flats in the zone built in five phases. The area also includes a kindergarten, supermarket, café, bus station and relaxation services. Flats completed last year were on offer for €1,300 to 1,650/sqm.
