New institution to investigate Communist-era abuses

A new institution will be established to investigate abuses carried out during the Communist era and also to find out who is accountable for the crimes. To be called the National Memorial Committee, it will be empowered to investigate on the existence of agents, the pensions of former Communist-era leaders and the activities of the former Ministry for Domestic Affairs.
