New investment for Borik marina in Zadar

28 August 2017

The company Dogus will invest about €1.8m to help turn Borik marina in Zadar to become a new luxury marina. The Croatian government has approved the plan to reconstruct the marina and extended the concession to Dogus Group and its company D-Marin. Work is to be carried out within 36 months, with plans including the construction of shops, a pool and a park.
Dogus won the concession in 1998 and with this approval it will last until 2048. Construction can go ahead as soon as permits are issued for the work. At the moment, the marina can accommodate yachts of up to 30m and 3.5m draft.
