The Triangle industrial zone in Žatec has attracted another investor: a Spanish company active in the automotive industry. The Ústí regional administration, which owns the zone, declined to reveal the name of the company before signing the contract. The Spanish investor wants to buy a 7.5 ha plot. Regional Governor Oldřich Bubeníček told the server denik.cz that the company will pay CZK 400/sqm.
Neturen Czech also recently signed a contract to purchase 5.36 ha of land for CZK 25.9m. The car parts supplier started operations in the Triangle zone in May after initially leasing the land. The company is planning to expand its presence in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, France and Italy.
